I know you shouldn't bolus (ie correction bolus if needed) again until 4 hours has gone since the last mealtime bolus so what do I do if I've had a later than usual tea then just 3 hours later I want a little snack which is more than 10g of carbs ?

Do whatever your Expert meter tells you, it will take account of that. You still need to bolus for the carbs whether you need a correction or not.

Thank you @Sally71 🙂 I just don't want to risk my insulin overlapping but then like you say my meter will take everything into account 🙂
