Body clock v GMT clock changes

I know in older people with dementia any change in routine can throw them out. For some it can be morning sunrise or sundown and is sometimes like a switch in personality.
 
The clocks going fwd or back always used to effect my BG for a couple of weeks, @Seabreeze. This year, no major BG hikes, I’m just HUNGRY all day long instead.😱🙂
 
Season rather than clock-related, but I've now had at least 20 hypos in the last week, probably more, as I think I've had a few overnight ones too. I thought it was partly staying with my Mum last week and doing things like gardening for her, but no, I got back Friday night and I had 3 hypos yesterday and 4 today, with another probable in the night between 😱 I think the basal had better go down a bit more 🙄
