Very pleased just had blood test results it's 54 .when I was diagnosed in march it was 117 then it was 74 now it's 54 .been doing a lot of exercise started with walking.ive lost 2 stone.im also a black belt in freestyle karate I've started training again and also started Thai boxing which is really helping
 
congratulations and well done your hard work is obviously paying off 🙂
