Blood Sugar Reduction

I have been following the low carb diet the dr gave me for three months and lost 10lb in weight. From a starting blood sugar level of 51 I was just wondering what the likely reduction would be. I’ve been good food and drink wise but not 100% especially over Christmas

Not sure Do you cheak your bg with a meter should give you an idea if you have been doing so otherwise you will have to wait for your blood to be done at gps

Thanks. It’s ok I’ve got my BS sugar test from the Drs now, down from 56 to 47
Well done that is a good reduction from 56 to 47, so keep going with what you have been doing and another few months should see it even lower.

Congratulations on your terrific progress so far @Snikta63

Keep going! <3
