Hi
My blood sugar readings have risen to roughly 10.5 in the mornings. Previously, they were never higher than 7. Recently, due to a family bereavement, my diet has gone askew. I hope things settle again once I take more control of what I eat. I find it so difficult to reduce carbs. Food for me is a comfort. I never thought I would come to that realisation as I am fit and a good weight, but as soon as life gets tough I try to eat myself out of the blues.
