Blood sugar levels high in the morning any advice to get it down please?

Ring the hospital again on Monday but via the switchboard and ask to speak to whoever is manning the diabetes clinic SN's telephone assistance line. Used to have the situation at mine where if you rang a DSN on her direct line and she was sunning herself on an Israeli poolside (eg) for the next fortnight, because her phone was locked in a drawer in her office - nobody else in the place had a clue and hence, to get hold of someone else, you had to go by a more circuitous route to reach them.

Many are being redployed to work on wards.

Yes maybe. I still haven't heard from her. Last I heard from her was that she was going to keep in contact with her patients via phone but I'm not sure if she said she'd have easter off. Anyway good news my sugars have settled right down lately I can't believe it! I changed the snack to a less sugary one before bed. Instead of eating cereal I ate a piece of toast with some cheese and chive dip. But nothing can explain this amazing change at the moment I feel like it's a miracle coz my fiance has been praying and I have also. I've had 3 days of good readings within the range I want doing the same injections I always do. I hope this lasts. My prayer is that God also helps other diabetics too and I hope they find a medical cure soon via the scientific researchers. ❤
