Hi all,
Had the results from my February blood test 48 (6.5) given to me by my diabetic nurse, she is pleased with me. After being diagnosed at the beginning of Dec with Diabetes type 2 & a blood result of 49. I have changed my diet & have been walking every day. Drinking more water. My nurse didn't want to put me on any medication & l didn't want to go on anything either if l don't need to. She just wants me to have another blood test in May to keep a check on me. I had the eye test done & the feet check all fine. Lost weight too. So l feel if l can keep going this way l can do it myself with plenty of will power. Ha e a nice weekend everyone. Thanks for being g here.
