Hi Chas 146. You have posted in the recipes section but in any case I doubt if anybody here can help with sending you a new meter. You need to get back to whoever supplied it to you and get them to sort it out.

By the way, it might be that it only needs a new battery. Have you got the instruction leaflet that came with it? If you have then that will tell you what battery you need and how to fit it.
 
Hi @Chas146 we don’t supply meters here so as has been suggested you will need to speak to whoever provided the meter to see if they can replace or you could call the manufacturer to see if replacement is needed, sometimes they can troubleshoot over the phone with you and get things going again - Gulcomen number is 0800 243 667. Hope you get it sorted without too much difficulty.
 
Hi @Chas146 Glucomen do an update now the 2K areo, you should have registered your meter with them when you received it. Whoever supplied your meter is your first port of call but phone Glucomen by all means @LucyDUK has kindly given you their freephone number, website www.glucomen.co.uk. their main number is 0118 944 4100. They are very helpful but you will need the model number located on the back of the meter, if you still have the box (hopefully) they will ask you for certain numbers on the box, its no big deal but the new meter does ketones too. Hope this helps?
