Is 0.0 ketones good or bad?

It's none so good but anything up to 0.6 is seen as normal and ok xx

0 ketones is normal. Ketones are produced when your body is burning fat for energy. You can get them if you haven’t taken enough insulin or haven’t eaten many carbs. If you have high ketones and high blood sugar then it’s a warning sign.

Thank you @Lucyr much earlier on they were 0.4

Thank you
