Does anybody have one of these meters struggling to change the time and date on it do have the booklet for it it says press the middle button and use the 2 sides buttons but when you do it it just switches the machine on and off
 
If you've got the data cable for this meter I find that the statistics app often has a clock sysnc feature - which saves pressing buttons at random.
 
I haven't got one but it looks like you have to hold the middle button (presume it's the on/off button) for more than 3 seconds until SEt flashes. Then use the middle button to flick between hours, minutes and date using the up and down buttons (side buttons) to change them. From what you've said I presume you've got the manual but if not it's on page 52/53.
