I've always known I bloat a lot after food... and these last fews day i've took note of what my waist and belly measure before and after eating and i'm not sure if its normal! My waist is normally 28inches and goes up to 33 and that was 2 1/2 hours after 1 breakfast of beans & scrambled eggs. I think thats quite some significant difference!
I feel uncomfortable after most dinners (biggest meal), I just had chicken tikka and they are for one person, i'm not particually big but I should be able to handle it! I only had a light salad for lunch. I'm coeliac but I do keep to a strict diet so it wouldn't be that, I don't eat special bread either because I know it bloats me and makes me gain weight in general. I've also, in last couple years, cut out milk/yoghurt because I seem to have lactose intolerance/sensitivities. I do eat a fair bit of cheese but I believe its processed different so not as bad.
Does anybody have any advice? I don't know if its too do with diabetes but I doubt it.
