Hello again,
So I'm still slaving away at this assignment. Been trying to avoid drinking coffee as it makes me soooooo tired afterwards. But I'm tempted to have a little just to perk me up and keep me going.
HOWEVER, I have read various conflicting reports that on the one say black coffee is ok or in fact good for T2 Diabetes. And other reports saying drinking highly concentrated black coffee on a regular basis increases insulin resistance. I certainly don't drink coffee or black coffee often but on occasions like these I do sometimes drink a highly concentrate amount in a cup. I'm wondering whether to do so as I'm fearful of the effects. Any advice? Thanks.
