Relationship to Diabetes

this is it of a weird question but here it goes... does anyone know much about water fasting there isnt much information about it on the web and am wondering if people would recommend to a type 2

Why not Email your local D education team ??
Most hospitals will have some sort of contact addy.
 
Hi Lauren we spoke when you first joined but that was a long time ago so sorry I cant remember, are you on medication for your diabetes? x
 
From what I've read, it's not suitable for diabetics.
 
Yes I had a google of it and I've checked your previous post and see you are on medication, an article I found included in the 'should not fast' list were people with medication-dependant diabetes x
