Hello fellow lovelies ,

how do you deal with birthdays ?? My fiancees one is coming up next month and I’m brutally confused . I can work around breakfast , lunch and dinner like usual but usually at the end we have cake ‘!!! , now do I do an extra work out more excessive and eat a tiny bit or do I need to avoid it at all costs !??? Sorry just confused is all
