Bike Week is almost here: 15th to 23rd June, in both UK and Republic of Ireland.

Websites, with searchable listings of lots of events, mostly free, all over these islands are www.bikeweek.org.uk and www.bikeweek.ie Lots of help for those wanting to get started, encouragement to continue, chance to try novel bikes eg tricycles, recumbants etc.

I will move this to Events or Exercise, but for now, it's best that it's seen by people who don't think of themselves as cyclists.... yet 🙂
