Went for my DAFNE 1 year on catch up today , and my HBA1c is now down to 6.8 the lowest it has ever been :D ive gone from having the highest HBA1c in the group to have the best 🙂

best HBA1C

ive been a diabetic for 37 years:( and my best hba1c ever has been 6.2,😛 im on a pump now...:D
