Benefits of switching from Abasaglar to Tresiba

Your basal insulin is taking you low overnight, if your drifting up in the evening perhaps try splitting your bolus or increasing it. 23u is pretty high if your very active, Id stick it out and reduce your Abasaglar by a unit until your overnight line flattens out.

I disagree that 23u is high.
This comment does not take into consideration things like weight, diet and insulin resistance.
I chose not to comment on other people's insulin dose because it is so dependent on so many things and a comment could result in someone taking more or less than they need.
We all need as much insulin as we need.
