Before Tea/Evening Meal

5.6 which was quite good as for lunch I went to Zizzi and had around 90g of carbs. I ate normally.

Peak was 7.8 after 90 mins, then 6.0 around 2 and a half hours later.

A totally normal response.
 
A 6.7 for me tonight....
 
And a 5.5 for me this bright, sunny and very warm evening.
 
I was 5.4 before tea, I took advantage of my body's temporary ability to handle carbs by having the remaining piece of yesterday's lemon tart.

looks like I dint post yesterday evening - I’m bad
