Before Tea/Evening Meal

And it's a 7.5 for me this evening, and it's been raining almost all afternoon.
 
4.8 for me
Haggis, turnip and tatties for tea tonight
It’s been nice and dry here, a bit cold wind
 
4.1 for me.

Supper delight is sardines, steamed veg and a bit of salad. Still raining a little here.
 
4.4 tonight, Hope your all fit and well and i'll see you all back here in a weeks time as were off on holiday tomorrow to Devon, we sure need it as were in the middle of moving tell you more when i return. Stay well everyone 🙂<3

although my evening meal will only be a snack as had a big & late lunch out today

Had a toastie earlier
Salad tonight then a small piece of chocolate cake

Rather surprising as I fell off that wagon rather spectacularly.

Free small chocolate brownies and something called blonde berry cake, all at work. A medium blueberry muffin and a Bounce protein ball. Later followed by a handful of Lindor dark chocolate, chick peas and walnuts. All, I must admit delicious, even if an odd mixture of food.

Hmm, tested with some trepidation. But where angels fear to tread etc etc . Then
4.9 appeared. Suppose, I just got lucky. Back on that wagon.

A 6.5 for me pre-dinner this very damp evening....

Sweet and sour chicken tonight, then yogurt and walnuts to finish the meal

5.9 for me after an afternoon eating pitta bread, hummus, walnuts and avocado. Lots of it... Super yum.

Supper will be less exciting, probably a plate of steamed veg.

had a beef & onion pie & jacket tatty with vegetables
 
5.2 for me this rainy miserable June day.
Hopefully tomorrow will be a little brighter.
