Before Tea/Evening Meal

4.6 for me.

Wishing everyone a lovely Tuesday evening. Back to the pedalling. Damn knee. Sigh.

9.6 for me, because I’ve been lying in a bed for 6 hours. I was doing my bit for the 2nd year medical students taking their exams. They were all very nervous being the first time on examining a patient and asking questions.
It’s a beautiful end of the day sun is shining, have a good evening everyone

evening 5.3 tonight, just about to have a small jacket spud & chilli
so will see how that goes now on another reduction to insulin
