Some of us already post waking and before tea/supper BG values so I thought why not before lunch?

I will kick off with 6.7 that became 5.4 when I got to an hour post antibiotic and started eating.

4.6 which is a bit low for me but I was up early and so had an early breakfast. It was a good excuse to have a small piece of gingerbread for afters! 😉

3.5, been a bit low today, considering whether a reduction in basal is needed.

I didn't have lunch, but I ate a piece of cake at work seeing as it was my last day. That took me up to 13 but now I'm home it's dropped very quickly down to 5.6.

5.5 for me today just about to have some greek yogurt with apple and cinnamon 🙂
