Have a look on Web about RHUBARB ! 😉 (without the sugar)
I like rhubarb...even without the sugar. Bit of pale pink champagne rhubarb, lightly poached...yum... Even the late Smokie liked it...

It was also suggested to me...that as a snack food....(I am Coeliac and T2), by someone that I thought was sensible....that I had beetroot as a snack item...in the words of another....."You cannot be serious".....and I cant find the being very sicky emoticon either....

Well done Janet Have a look on web. Its good for Diabetics Rhubarb !

From the garden has to be good. Not from a supermarket with something added to keep the shelf-life better.😉

Beetroot was one of my mum's cravings when she was pregnant with me, apparently she ate tons of it. Presumably this has something to do with the fact that I can't stand the bloody stuff. I know that it is supposed to be some kind of super-food but, unless it going to make me 21 years old and immortal, I'm not going to eat it.

I love this idea that a craving or avoidance when pregnant impacts the child forever. I craved pork pies, ate them by the bucket, so does Jemima though, so its not worked with us!

For those beetroot fans it is only 39p in the Aldi at the moment! Save me some haha!
