Hi, I'm here for a virtual butt kicking, last 3 days of eating have been off the chart.
Just here to be accountable. So mad at myself I had my bg in the low 6s arrhh x
 
Hi. We all fall off the wagon occasionally. So I am not going to kick your butt .
Do your best to haul yourself back up on the wagon again, ok.
 
Hi Anbemcc, no butt kicking needed!

Diabetes is a journey and there will always be times when you take a wrong turn. It's just about course correcting and making different choices with your next meal.

Is there anything you think would help get you back on track?
 
Sorry for the late reply, and ty for advice. I will have a look ty, it was just 1 of those things. I've been good and learned from it
