somebody has given me a pack of this, wondered if its good or bad carb wise Cant see to read the nutritional label
 
Jerky is just dried and sometimes flavoured meat so any carbs in it will be a tiny amount from the flavouring. It is essentially just protein.
 
Pretty much carb free, but mind your teeth!
 
Jerky often contains quite a lot of added sugar, as opposed to biltong which is virtually carb-free.

E.g. Jack Links brand contains 20g carbs (18g sugar) per 100g of jerky
You're right of course, I was thinking of biltong. My one experience left me with jaw ache, I felt like I was trying to eat one of my Dr Martens
 
it was very very nice unfortunary there was an accident last night it fell into the black whole otherwise called my mouth
