So I attended my first BBQ for a couple of years and since using Libre. Beer and multiple courses have led to 24 hour TIR of 44% (and hopefully climbing back into +70% where I sit for much of the time thankfully). Made me realise just how difficult dealing with eating out is.
I made a fatal error when I scanned mid afternoon and found I was 4 and dropping. I went to the drinks table where Mojitos and Margaritas were being mixed and filled a glass with a lime and mint drink which I only discovered was a cordial once I'd drunk a whole glass hence the 14 I had 2 hours later!

I have to really stop myself from going on a downer when the TIR drops that low (and it has been lower) as it takes a while to get it back up to a decent figure again.
