Thanks peops

Tried it

I did try this and Diet lemonade (so I presume diet coke will be the same) gives Low Sugar (<.3, your dead) and 'Fat' coke gives High sugar (>33, your dead). Just eaten and a Frankie and Bennies and they bend the straw to indicate diet coke, so top marks to them.

your dead?

your dead

Sorry, my sense of humor. I've not heard of anyone getting a "Lo" or a "high" reading from their meter they are usually unconscious at least by then.

lol i have had low reading and been concious

I did once and got a Lo reading and realised my finger was damp after washing it. Dried finger properly and reading OK.

Try doing this with an ordinary practice nurse when she is doing a clinic. I think she nearly had heart failiure when I did it and had to call in two of the three receptionists, the other nurse and both the doctors when I didn't dry my hands properly!
