Basic protein shake receipe ?

I am looking to have a daily easy to prepare shake ?

My friend who is into weight training ....not my thing ....has said his goto shake is

Avocado
Blueberries
Small scoop peanut butter
Some protein powder
Small kids type fromaige frais yoghurt
Milk

Blend it

That looks easy if you need extra protein from anything other than real food.
It looks lowish carb as it doesn't have bananas which are often in shakes.

It's as an occasional replacement for meals ...real food if you want .....

Apparently one of these in the morning and my mate says he feels satisfied till much time

Obviously the sugar side of things is what I would be concerned about

In terms of a breakfast shake it's a lot quicker to knock one of these up than a cooked breakfast or scrambled eggs with spinach etc
 
I used , for the first time , frozen blueberries and strawberries

And fair play they were OK

Not my thing taste wise normally
