I have had a couple of horrendous nights, waking at 4 am with really high bs's 23.6 one night 16.8 the next. I have done nothing different, I did have a flu jab last week but even so my levels have been good during the day. I don't think I've hypoed and bounced, more likely to be cannula/absorbtion problems again....I really need to use sticky tape more often!

So yday I decided to run some tests (not fasting):

04.16 - 23.6 😱 changed cannula and corrected
06.31 - 16.3 corrected
08.36 - 6.7
11.52 - 3.8
14.30 - 3.9
18.15 - 7.8
22.15 - 4.7
22.50 - 5.5
02.00 - 3.8
04.14 - 3.8
06.28 - 5.0

now appears that there is a basal placebo effect! 🙂
