my sons birthday saturday haveing a barbecue for him, dreading that im gunna fall to pieces and stuff my face with things i shouldnt:(
 
What things are you are worried about? Most BBQ's i've had/attended consist of meat and salad, nothing too bad at all 🙂
 
Could you get some food in specially for yourself and try to stick to that ?

Or allow yourself one thing as a treat if you can avoid all the other naughty stuff.

Steaks and sausages and chicken and pork and shish-ka-bobs and eggs and salads and...

Sorry, I can't see any foods I shouldn't stuff my face with. What are the foods you are worrying about? Just avoid the potato salads 🙂
 
And half or no bread bun.
