Hi I have just started insulin yesterday , and I was going up the wall for chocolate as I have a very sweet tooth. Any ideas on easy meals or what I cnneat to satisfy my sweet problem
thanks Carol

I have the 85% Cocoa chocolate from Aldi , each 2 squares are individually wrapped and are around 5 g carbs.
If you are into baking , take a look at the website sugarfreelondoner.com, she has lots of great recipes , including a very indulgent looking chocolate cake. She also has recipes for everyday meals too.

If you like Milk chocolate Holland and Barretts do a 100g bar of Swiss milk Chocolate, with or without nuts, and a white chocolate version, the milk chocolate is just like Lindt and the white one is milk Milky Bar
