I asked for a large print copy and it is,ideal for someone with sight issues all 163 pages Is going to take me a while to read Have dipped in it and seems to contain some good articles Very pleased with it indeed
Question how often do you receive it Well worth the money

In answer to your question, there are four Balance issues per year (per season).
