Hello
I bought a ready mix for low carb cake.
1) does the butter have to be melted? I don't want to spare extra dishes to heat it up, is there a solution?
2) are all non sticky individual muffin trays on ebay actually non sticky or I have to buy something specific? I don't want the muffin to come out into pieces and ideally, I wouldn't like to oil the tray surface (I don't want to soil my hands or use extra tools)
3) should I buy a metal or silicone tray? which is better and more convenient to take the muffins out?
thanks!
