Aw Steff, sorry to hear this :( Hopefully the new doses of meds will get your numbers back down again 🙂

Thanks Alan knew something must of been up results back within 24 hours and ringing me at 7 at night x

The good thing is that your Dr's surgery is on the ball. I hope the med changes prove beneficial to you. I would love your HbA1c.... but I can understand you must be disappointed to see it go up - hopefully its just a blip.

It will be just a blip misses. Here's to good bs again and giving the naughty d fairy the v's xxx

Oh dear, Hope you manage to get things sorted pronto! At least they have a solution/meds to help.

If its any consilation, I would love a hba of 7.1%, I wouldn't beat yourself up about it too much chick-a-dee!

Thanks all

Im really thinking of asking about insulin, ive got to make appt with nurse when i pick script up,so I will see where the land lies with that one x

Sorry to hear your results Steff :(

Has the nurse/Doctor been able to help with your issues with injecting ?
I suppose the times you missed your victoza have played a part in these results?

I hope if you do go onto insulin that they give you every assistance necessary to help with the injecting 🙂

Take Care

Sarah x

Hope your results improve soon with your medicine.

Hi Steffie,

I hope it is just one of those blips and you get things on an even keel again soon.

Andy 🙂

I'm sorry your results weren't what you were hoping for Steff. I agree that you missing your injections might have contributed to that 7.1 so maybe it will come down again once you get back to doing it regularly. I hope your appointment with the nurse goes well. XXXXX

Hope things get back on track for you soon , and you feel better Steff .

This is why we are all here to support. It will just be a blip Steff and I'm sure you'll get it back on an even keel again.

Keep that pecker up!

Donna x🙂

Thank you guys x
Well picked up my new scripts today so took first pills this morning shall see how it pans out.My nurse is away and ive not got appt will 12th sept, she always seems to be away lol.

I do agree missing my jag might have been a factor and I guess thats why I am more determined then ever to stay on track

Hi Steff, Sorry to hear about your test results, its good that your GP is so on the ball and ready to sort everything out so quickly though. I hope the meds help you bring down your levels and make you feel better soon xx

Thinking of your injection problems, I don't know I mentioned it before, but my psychologist is starting to do some hypnotherapy with me in a couple of weeks time to help me with my needle phobia, she thinks it will really help and I can do it myself at home to de-stress and chill out. Sounds like fun to me and its all on the nhs, if you are still struggling perhaps it might help you too, will let you know how I get on!
