Had a really bad hypo today. Worst I've ever had I'd say. It's frightened the life out of me. I have no memory of anything this morning until I fell off the bed and severely bruised my leg. Thankfully my husband was here and helped me get better. But I have two small children and am terrified at what could have happened :-(( I was due into work today first day back after maternity leave!

Hi MrsW, welcome to the forum 🙂 Really sorry to hear about this, I can totally understand how shaken you must be feeling :(

Can you think of any reason why you might have dropped so low? What insulin regime are you on?

Sounds really scary :(. Did you wake up hypo or did this happen later on? If you can't remember maybe your husband can?

Hope you are feeling better Mrs W. It was probably the thoughts of getting back to work/ leaving kids etc. Stress gets me
