They set it up recently so they explained it at the time and it seemed easy at that point and I always seem to forget to ask them at my next appointment but I don't need to now. Thank u i really appreciate it
There is a lot to learn at the start (and after years!!). I find it very helpful to have a notebook into which I write down questions as they arise. Sometimes I answer them myself ( by asking on here or reading or ...) and otherwise I have reminders to ask my consultant DSN at the next appointment.
It is also good to look back at these and remind myself how much I have learnt. Especially useful when things go haywire and I need reminding that I am doing okay. In addition sometimes I look back at the solutions I found and realise that it prompts an answer to a new question.
