Bacon seems popular on Keto wondered how much people are eating and how many times a week. I have 3 extra thick rashers twice a week with eggs, instead of the sausages I have on the other days

I buy Finnebrogue nitrate free bacon so I can enjoy a little more often as I try to avoid processed foods. They also sell sausages too

These bacon your talking about I no I might a bit stupid but does it taste like bacon plus where do you buy it I like a breakfast mainly on a Sunday morning I struggle with breakfast on a morning I start work round 6.30 so it’s hard for me to eat first thing just asking for ides I have apple on a morning the take my tablets after plus can not do that brown bread

Finnebrogue nitrate free bacon is available at most Sainsburys and Waitrose, but also at some Asda stores. It's available in both smoked and un-smoked and tastes exactly the same as other bacon.

I have my doubts about all this panic about bacon because it turns out that there are more nitrites in Celery and many other vegetables than their are in Bacon - yet you don't see the WHO warning about the cancer risk from them!

I buy the “Naked” bacon packs. They’re a bit more expensive, but I do also buy the Sainsbury’s ordinary pre-cooked bacon as well, for quickness.
