- Relationship to Diabetes
Just a little update on Cameron, he started back at school on Friday ... all went well.
We had been in the day before to update the teachers, who were shocked to hear our tale. They are taking it in turns to check his injection at lunchtime and are monitoring his finger tests throughout the day.
I am very thankful he goes to such a small school and they are able to look after him so well.
The diabetes nurse will be going in to train them up on all relevant information, in the interim I have provided them with a bullet point to keep them right.
I think some of his classmates are a bit mystified but i'm sure Cameron will tell them all in his own good time, up until now he has just told his closest circle of friends!...
All good x
