In theory you can have what ever pump you want but try telling your clinic that. You wont have a new pump for four years though.
INPUT might have some idea if you can't get the info from your clinic.

Have you found a GP now and has s/he made a referral to a pump clinic for you? If not you need to get moving before your supplies run out as can take up to 3 months for a new account to be set up at a new hospital.

Got a GP just had to wait the required time to make an appointment....got one in 3 weeks...as that's all that was available!

Then I susgest you write to the GP in advance and ask that s/he does a referral due to pump supplies being an issue sooner rather than later. This then starts the ball rolling for you. Add a please and Thank you for their time and it goes a long way in getting what's needed 🙂

Do I need to address it to a specific GP or any at the surgery? I haven't a clue about all of this....or writing letters for that matter haha! Thank you x

Well if you know the name of your new GP address it to him/her and if you don't know ring the practice and ask who your new GP is a personal letter goes a long way.
