customer service and spoke to A ... she promised me she will get one of the bosses to ring me back.. after a week no one rings !
I ring customer services again, speak to B and gave her a ref number that A left me. she looks into the details and told me, nobody contacted you because she (A) never even forward your phone number to anyone, she said, that's why nothing was done about it ?
