Each 60g pot contains 11.3g carbs 🙂

Thank you Northie I don't know how you worked it out but you are my saviour as I really love these at the moment & not too many carbs in them 🙂

H taught me !
18.8 x0.60= 11.28 carbs per pot

Whiskey mum - I have a calculator in the kitchen for these types of situations !! 🙂
Enjoy the lemon mousse ! X

my fitness pal website or the app provides all the nutritional info per pot for you.

All you need to do is scan the barcode or just type in the product name and voilla......

it also allows you to record it as well, but it can just as easily be used just to get the values of carbs when you need it....

:D

For any packaged food :

Divide the amount per 100g by 100 and then mutiply by the gram measure i.e. 18.8 divided by 100 = 0.188 x 60g = 11.28, I'm hopeless at sums but I do have a calculator on my mobile phone 🙂

If anyone's interested, I've written a carb calculator in Excel.

You enter the carbs per 100g and the weight of the item(s). It can add up to 10 items together to get the total carb value.

PM me you email address if you want a copy.
