I cannot have aspartame (PKU)
or too much Stevia, xylitol (polyols) and yacon syrup etc (IBS).
and Sugar obviously (T2D).
I hate saccharin due to bitter aftertaste.

Is there any other sweetners (in particular for chewing or bubble gum)?
I cannot find any with acelsfane pottasium or sucralose which might be OK (they tasete ok) Am I looking in the wrong places????

referring specifically to chewing or bubble gum (or even sweets) with acelsfane K or sucralose (or any others not excluded for medical reasons)?

I don't know I'm afraid.

Sugar-free sweets too often have polyols in them which I really don't get on with because of the laxative and fart-inducing side effects 😱

I don't think there are all that many gum manufacturers/brands in the UK - do they all use the same sweeteners?

wrigleys use aspartame that is the main one. the rest seem to all use stevia.
there doesn't seem to be any others that use other types.
Unless I have miseed them somehow.

Yes it does seem that Xylitol or Stevia are the replacements of choice, even in the fancy schmancy vegan/wholefood ones.
