i just thought id share how stupid i am!😛
iv only just discoverd that the artificial sweetner i use on cereals actualy contain carbs!i just assumed...ARTIFICIAL sweetner....na,that wont have carbs!.....learm something new every day!🙂

its tescos own version similar to canderel.its got 90g of carb in 100g.i know it dont work out much in just a spoonfull but just didnt expect it to have any!🙄

Eg Tesco's granulated sweetener is only a few less carbs than granulated sugar, ie 94g per 100g against 99.9g per 100g.

BUT you use only a quarter to a third of what sugar you'd use, because it's 3 to 4 times as sweet tasting.

Man traps everywhere mate - we have to become avid (or rabid LOL) label-readers! For everything however innocent you think it is !
