I was trying to work you maths on this meal and got baffled 🙂
2 x slices of regular brown bread say, I would estimate at 30gms of car and on a 1:1 = 3units.
Depending on your correctional dose, I use a 1 unit to 3mmols so I would have gone with an additional 4 units.
total= 7 units.
Obviously this is vaguely trying to estimate what a meal I didnt see equated too (hope you dont mind me speculating this, just trying to work through it). If after 2 hours you are still out of whack, I would consider the correctional ratio needs adjusting.
I think you may need a basal review hon.But scrap what I say and get a sesh with a good DSN!
