Carbs and Cals is highly thought of for estimating content of different foods, though I don’t think it has a diary function if that’s what you were looking for.

Cook and Count Carbs allows you to work out the nutritional content per serving of recipes you cook (large database of ingredients and you can add your own from your cupboards)

Generally reducing carbohydrate content of your diet seems to help T2 members here, but different people have different responses to foods. If you want a BG (and food/activity/other) diary I find mySugr very good. Allows you to search past results to see what happened to BG last time you ate ‘whatever’ if you keep notes.

Hi there. What about my fitness pal

I use Nutracheck, it's free for a week or so but after you need pay around £4 / month but I would recommend ..
It has a diary function allows you to check what you been eating, select low carbs mode or even select your own to further limit carbs ..

Hi, the carbs and cals app does now have a diary function which allows you to input your meals and gives the total over the day. I find it very helpful although the targets they set for recommended daily carbs etc are amusingly high - I think mine recommends 255g of carbs a day.

I did not know that.
