Hi
Can anyone recommend any helpful apps for calorie/carb counting please?
I’m currently using the NHS weight loss app but it doesn’t track carbs.
Also wondering if there are any comprehensive apps that help with nutritional information for foods?
Thanks All

Nutracheck is the best for me as it makes it clear to see both carbs and calories and has a comprehensive UK database with pictures. It usually offers a 7 day free trial then is about £24 per year (app only option is fine)

I too use NutraCheck and have done as soon as I was diagnosed. I started off using the web version on my PC as it has more functions, but am using the app more and more.

The ones that often get mentioned on the forum seem to be Nutracheck and Myfitnesspal.

Plus Carbs and Cals (also available as a book) for carb estimation.

And for diabetes stats logging / tracking a popular option is MySugr.
