So I finally got round to doing that thing I should have done two years ago
- removing anything with more than 10 % carbohydrate in my diet and testing like mad. I spent about six years in Sainsbury's yesterday reading all the labels. . .
I am concerned about mints - I used to have sugar-free ones but they're all polyols aren't they? What about chewing gum or peppermint tea? I feel like a bit of an eejit for asking, but if I'm going to do it I ought to do it right. . .
