Hi @Beth1511 I have all updates for both camAPS and the phone it runs on turned off, so I haven’t experienced this ( I do update the app periodically and when needed). What a pain though, really sorry to hear you’ve had these problems. Key thing is to have a phone which can handle two solid Bluetooth device connections at the same time and some of the older phones struggle with this I think. Fingers crossed with your new phone you’ll be up and running soon.
