It's a good site with plenty of recipes which you can follow or adapt to your own taste.

I've been reading there for a while, and am subscribed to her regular updates. I don't necessarily follow recipes to the letter, but there ome lovely simple things on there to play around with.
 
I've used some recipes from there, including the fathead pizza Pat.y posted a link to. I like it generally, mostly because it doesn't have that incredibly irritating "disciple" vibe to it. There's nothing more likely to make me want to scream "get over yourself" than preaching about food. It's just food, not the second coming. The big problem I have with lots of low carb sites is the concentration on meat, and there are quite a lot of non meat recipes too, worth a look.
