It is probably very similar to BareNaked Noodles which are available in the supermarkets. You cannot see whether it is also made with Konjac but that would be my guess. Probably cheaper to buy the supermarket stuff than something which is branded fro diabetics and sold in a pharmacy.
 
Yes - it doesn't sound too enticing to me, I'd sooner have a small portion of proper Basmati rice!
 
and no doubt very expensive!
 
Just checked and you can also get rice and spaghetti in the BareNaked Range which will be a very similar, if not identical product to these.

£2.99 for 415 gms. giving three small portions. I use ordinary brown wholewheat rice and brown basmati rice. I cook( just to approaching al dente ) batches of each, make into 130 gm cooked weight portions. I freeze them and use as and when required. I put the frozen lump into fast boiling water for a few minutes, drain and use.
