Well, Northumberland really, but I head to the coast for work. Only been to S/Shields once/twice for nights out, tend to stick north of the river. Have you always lived up here? Do you get good support from health service? I go to N/Shields for ddiabetic appts. and am quite happy with the service.
 
Ah, I see you mean the southern northeast. Not the far, frozen northeast.😎

I love in Newcastle and hail from South Shields.
